We realize before you order you may have questions, so we created this to help save you, and us time. After all, the more time we have to work on the items ordered the quicker you get them.

How long does it take to get an item?

A. Because each item is custom made, and we are perfectionists it can take anywhere from 1 day to 3 weeks depending on the item. 3 Weeks because hand made large blankets aren't made on a machine but by hand. These items require great detail, as such it would cause the longer wait. (Especially if ordering a design or custom picture into the product.) But rest assured we strive to meet our clients needs. So if you need it by a birthday, anniversary or event, please be sure to allow postage time as well.

Can I order and have the product shipped C.O.D.? No!

What forms of payment do you accept?

A. No checks, period, unless of course through you and your paypal. We do accept paypal payments, cash at your own risk through snail mail (though not advised.) Cashiers cheques by mail in my given name, are accepted. Paypal accepts VISA and what not as payments, so if you wish to use any of those items I simply advise paypal as it is more secure and trustworthy on everyone! Also we can accept money orders, and western union, again to no nic names, only to our given names, and currently we are not using the company name.

Can I join this group and your myspace?

A. But of course!

I am seeing their are sets, what if I dont want it as a set? Then you tell me what you want, and thats what you get, we'll adjust the price accordingly.

Does rush deliverly cost extra?

A. Yes, it costs YOU the customer what it would cost as with any shipping service, IE postal, UPS.

Do you do send orders world wide?

A. Yes of course, however shipping charges do vary from continent to continent!

Do you do custom orders or just sell what you make?

A. Yes, we do custom orders, and sell what we make! Both!

Do you have a guarantee?

A. Yes, we guarantee that our products are handmade, home made which ever word you prefer!

How do you take care of the crocheted items, IE washing?

A. You hand wash them in the tub, or sink and hang dry. I dont advise a laundra mat, or washing machine, or even the dryer. Drying in a dryer will cause shrinkage, and washing in the machine, if there are items sewn on such as with Eeyores hair, or eye balls, you dont want to risk them coming loose or falling off. If you choose to do any of the following, the damage is YOUR responsibilty, not ours.

What are the sizes of your crocheted items?

A. Sizes vary, and are not pre-planned. You simply tell us what words you want on the blanket, and we put it on it, you want designs such as Eeyore, those are difficult and take A LOT longer, and sometimes require YOU as the costumer to send along a black and white photo. Designs are only 1 color, your color choice. Words, each word can be a differnt color. If you want your blanket/afghan a certain size YOU as the customer tell us. Most choices are the size of beds, or the back of a couch/sofa/davenport.

How do you take care of the liquid embrodiery items?

A. These items can usually be washed in a washing machine, depending on the materials directions, however cold water only. Yes, they can be dried in the dryer, however I do not advise it. Liquid embroidered items are stiff, and when dried can stick together, SLOWLY pull them apart if you choose to dry them.

Can I give you my own clothing to decorate with liquid embrodier?

A. Yes, anything you choose, I can buy it, or you can give it to me, the choice is yours.

Can I request that you buy or make my necklace of REAL gold or REAL silver?

A. Yes, but you must realize these items are a lot more costly. Therefore, your price will naturally be higher, then that of a normal product.

What all do you need to make me a scrap book?

A. All we require is your photos, any other memoralbia you want displayed in your new special book, write down important facts, and events, write info on the back of photos, or include a seperate sheet(s) of paper, dates, anything to make your book more personal for you. You can include anything such as locks of hair, birth certificates, whatever you see fit. With birth certificates and other important documents, I would advise sending COPIES and keep the originals put up in safe keeping. You can even include pieces of clothing, like your favorite outfit, anything to make your memories more memorable.

What type of yarn do you usually use?

A. Ideally I prefer red heart, it is more durable, doesn't fray and handles wear and tear better than other kinds.

Can I buy the yarn of my choice myself and send or give it to you?

A. Yes, but I do prefer Red Heart brand, it is much easier to work with.

Can I have any design or words, in my blanket/afghan and liquid embroidered on my clothing?

A. Words-yes but make you sure you provide the proper spelling to me, so there are no mistakes. As far as designs for afghans/blankets, get it to me, I will let you know if I "think" I can even attempt it. Liquid embroidery is no problem, we can draw anything, ESPECIALLY if there is a picture to look at. If you are wanting PORTRAITS however, I think that would be too difficult and would advise going to the local mall and having your face or family portrait put onto the items that way, they are computerized, we work by hand. Nothing is copied or traced, or computerized.

Is there a page limit on scrap booking?

A. No, but if you have tons of photos it may require more then one book. Email me in advance with how many photos, locks of hair, or whatever you want in it, and for what ocassion, if any-and what things you would like said, if any, and anything else of importance. From there, we can discuss pricing.
